Hello and welcome to our website. Please view our cakes by selecting the type of cake you want and view the cakes under the subheadings. You may click over the picture to enlarge it. As you can see, we specialize in wedding cakes, but we will do any type of cake you desire.
All of our custom-made cakes are wonderfully moist and covered with our signature melt-in-your-mouth buttercream icing. We use only fresh ingredients to ensure your cake is all that you hope it will be. The decorations you choose for your special cake are conscientiously adhered to.
I have studied under Food Network winner Colette Peters mastering the "crooked cake" construction (for which she is famous) and advanced fondant and gum paste techniques. The cake above contains rolled fondant icing and gum paste flowers and bows -- which are hand formed and "painted" with edible dusts. I have also studied under Food Network winner Bronwen Weber and Maisie Parrish (England's Queen of Characters).
Please see the tab above to see what cake flavorings and fillings we specialize in. If you do not see your favorite listed, please let us know and we find exactly what you want and give you a test. Our most requested fruit fillings are raspberry, strawberry, lemon and pineapple.
We Do Parties (see pictures above). For something special to do with your girlfriends, your child's birthday, girl scouts or church group, think about having your cake and eating it too! There is nothing for the hostess to do other than write out the invitations to the party. Angelic Cakes will make individual 6" layer cakes (your choice of flavors), icing, decorations, box each cake and deliver everything. We will also stay up to two hours and teach your guests how to ice and decorate the cake. The cost is $15.00 per person for a 1-layer 6" cake or $30.00 per person for a 2-layer 6" cake. Everything to decorate the cake is included and the hostess needs not do anything. (Plastic tablecloths are available upon request for $2.00 per table.)
